Our goal is to share authentic experiences and stories in a respectful, non-extractive manner—amplifying voices rather than exploiting them, we take care to censor identifying details when safety is a concern, but believe that sharing their story is important to humanizing our region. Every image reflects a commitment to integrity, transparency, and the deep responsibility that comes with documenting life in the borderlands and beyond.
